Tapas Takeover at Tulio
For one night only, Tulio is putting away the pasta and tapping into tapas. Chef de cuisine Guillermo Carreno is taking over the Tulio kitchen, showcasing a 12-course tapas tasting menu inspired by his upbringing in Mexico alongside his experiences and travels throughout Spain. Guests will enjoy traditional dishes paired with regional bubbles and wines.
